Each time, I got a question, I thought I should write an article, but something came up and it got shuffled down the priority list. I was absolutely dumbfounded as these are results we typically see on the Gerson Therapy which requires drastic changes to diet and intense detoxification but, with these people it was just drinking the water and, perhaps, adding a few condition-specific supplements. That reaction is one of the greatest secrets to human health that exists. While we may be overfed, we are actually more nourished than previous generations to the point that malnourishment maladies are virtually unheard of. These bottled waters on the market, claiming to alkalinize the system, are gimmick waters that have alkalinizing agents added to them such as Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Bicarbonate or Potassium Citrate. Before Kangen water, the only way to accomplish that was juicing or vast amounts of fruits and vegetables. Yes water is a nutrient, but water is water as far nutrient quality goes. These additives do give the blood and urine alkaline readings BUT they do nothing to neutralize the accumulated acidity inside the cell as they do not contain HYDROXYL ions. The video continues on to emphasize our overweight lifestyles.
Japanese and Russian scientists figured out a way to create water with MASSIVE amounts of Hydroxyl (OH-) ions that can enter cells immediately and neutralize the acidity.
